Continuing the themes surrounding "Unproduktiw", this time set in a maritime context. A tedious reality of qualm and levitation, lodged in the borderlands between the infinite and the conclusion. A partly accidental sound diary with ties to deep water, daydreaming and the futile attempts to create contentment with life under the omen of declining years. The clutching at straws and the stillness that enters when there is no remedy.

Though occationally chaotic, this new EP is rather restrained throughout, less layered and treading a line between peculiar exploration and restful boredom. Sifting through the debris of the beach, the tactile screech of derelict bunkers and incessant waves that makes the hull creak. The distance to the abyss.

Turbulence is a prequel of sorts, with two twenty minute studies in smoldering noise and concretized electricity, as evinced through shortwave radio, corroded metal-on-metal, and glass being vibrating just shy of the point for shattering.

Thick, fluttering, heated rays of sound building a slow tension of rhythmic, oppressive structures. Piercing, crackling tones increase and decrease, layered with icy cold precision. Muffled segments of basspressure enters and are abruptly cut short, leaving just enough room to breathe inside the mechanical stasis.

After a few years of silence Amph return with their first full length LP for Verlautbarung. As ever a slow dissonance and growing tension formed by the use and abuse of magnetic tape. Suggestive backward pulses, cumulative sound-rustle and overlapping psychedelic looping are the main ingredients. Despite the occational hissy and rumbling nature of these recordings this is a fairly fine-tuned album, slightly less chaotic with a clear flow overall, but with the stirring sense of compositional skill intact.

The subterranean wanders above ground and emigrates south temporarily, leaving the pomp and the weeping behind. Verlautbarung are proud to present a series of exotic aural vignettes, like the dim phantasms populating the minds of Victorian armchair ethnographers. Dreams of long bygone customs, queer moonlit processions and pre-Sufic mystics. Journeys through teeming, hascheesh-ridden bazaars to the remote outposts of the vast dunescapes. The murmur of a hermit's unbroken wake, huddled by the doorway to the proper crypt of Khefren. All this framed by the ever swirling monomania of discord flutes and incessant tocking of drums.

Ochu's characteristic take on industrial noise; rotten, distortion-drenched and part frantic, has been slightly derailed in favor of longer tracks with a strong narrative edge. A more rough and delirious A-side, with shriveled loops from found sounds and field recordings, stand against a B-side comprised of organic metal scrape improvisations and electronics, here executed with the help of two additional members. Trying to breath life into something seemingly dead and void of sound has been an underlying focus throughout the work.

With four albums under their belt, the vinyl-only label Verlautbarung returns with their most ambitious effort yet: the 2LP + 7" compilation Stein. Here 15 artists have been invited to offer their take on the concept of Stone. The results are a mixed bag of interpretations, where some focus on the physicality and the sonic possibilities inherent in this ground material: scrapings, grinding, and rumbles. Yet others have taken a more reflective approach, where existentialist track titles evoke the hardships of mining, and the barren wastelands of such regions.

Ritualer, Blot & Botgöring is the vinyl re-release of Trepaneringsritualen's first tape, originally issued on Harsh Head Rituals in 2008 in a tiny edition of 75 copies. All head-experiments contained herein work on quite simple and primitive levels in the good, old-fashioned industrial way, with less focus on layering and vocals. Suggestive hell-drones and slow grinding dungeon electronics with a concrete edge - toward the inevitable, lifeless end. Collaboration release between the Swedish Strömkarlen and the German Verlautbarung labels.

This first new full length since four years from Dieter Müh is a tad less complex one compared to earlier works. Heavy, layered and structured industrial, some rhythmic loops and dusky, solitary drones form an intricate but flowing whole. A sensitive treatment of both natural and synthetic sounds coalesce with intense ambiences of a indeterminable variety. Although Dieter Müh now solely consists of Steve Cammack, the album also features contributions by Cheapmachines' Phil Julian, Tim Bayes, Michael Parker from Appliance and Simon Kane.
